What is a Sims 4 map replacement mod?

A map replacement mod swaps out the world map that The Sims 4 shows when you visit Tartosa. The lots stay the same, your sims stay the same, your save file is untouched — only the overhead view of the neighborhood changes. That makes it a safe, reversible mod: drag the .package file into your Mods folder to install, delete it to uninstall.

Quick install

  1. Click any map above to open its page and grab the download button on the right.
  2. Drop the .package file into Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/.
  3. Restart The Sims 4. Travel to Tartosa — the new map shows up automatically.

Requires the My Wedding Stories pack to access Tartosa in game. Don't install more than one replacement for the same world at the same time.
