Your Sim finally has a number to call.
The neighbors are loud. Do something about it.
In City Living, loud neighbors are something you put up with: you bang on the wall, you complain at the door, and the party carries on. Noise Complaint adds the option that was always missing. Call the police, have an officer actually show up, and live with what happens next.
1Report the noise
During a Loud Neighbors event the phone gets a new Home option: Call the Police About the Noise. You can also Threaten to Call the Police at their door.
2The police respond
A uniformed officer arrives, knocks on your door, then on the noisy one. The neighbor is called out and gets the talking-to.
3The neighbor remembers
The music stops, but Bad Blood sets in on both sides, the friendship drops, and there is a chance of a fine of up to §250.
The ending depends on you
Your Sim's mood decides how it ends.
The mod reads how your Sim feels the moment they pick up the phone. The rant on the call and the moodlet afterwards follow from that.

May conflict with other mods that change the Loud Neighbors event or the police.
Installation
- Unzip the download and put both files in
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/, directly inside or in one subfolder, never deeper. - Enable Custom Content and Mods and Script Mods Allowed in Game Options → Other.
- Restart the game. Move into a San Myshuno apartment and wait for the neighbors to get loud.
