Sims 4 Debug & Advanced Cheats

Hidden and internal commands — Sim IDs, force pregnancy, motive freezes, occult switch. Open the cheat console with Ctrl + Shift + C (or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac), type testingcheats true first, then copy any cheat below.

Some of these commands now need All Cheats by TwistedMexi after the Seasons 2018 patch.

  • Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name First Last· requires testingcheats true

    Returns the unique Sim ID for the named sim. Many advanced cheats below need this ID as a parameter.

    Resets a stuck sim — fixes the most common animation/routing bugs without a save reload.

    Forces the pregnancy to produce 1, 2 or 3 babies. Sim must already be pregnant. Needs the Sim ID from Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name.

    Fast-forwards the in-game clock by the given hours and minutes. Useful for testing day/night transitions.

    Stops interactions from slowing the clock down to 1× automatically.

    Force-enables WooHoo between two sims, bypassing relationship checks. Needs Sim IDs for both.

    Switches the active sim into a specific occult form: 1 Human, 2 Alien, 4 Vampire, 8 Mermaid, 16 Spellcaster, 32 Werewolf.

    Tip · occult.switch_to_occult 4 turns the sim into a vampire.

    Removes the current occult form from the active sim.
